Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands, Genting Highlands

I had an okay experience at this hotel, but I wouldn't say it was great. The rooms felt a bit worn out and there was a damp smell that I couldn't shake off. The location was one of its few highlights, being close to the festival I attended, but the overall value for the price was questionable.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms reeked of dampness and were not clean, making for an uncomfortable experience. Although the check-in process was quick and some staff were polite, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to requests. The breakfast selection was limited and of poor quality. The location was decent, but the lack of vegetarian dining options made it harder for me to enjoy my stay.
